There is a need for 1890 librarians to assist 1890 agricultural faculty in publishing quality, customized teaching and learning materials which reflect specific 1890 community needs and accessing scholarly learning resources tailored for 1890 food and agricultural science curricula and research. This project will organize digital learning object development teams within the entire 1890 land-grant library community (through the supervision of the Association of 1890 Library Deans/Directors and the National Agricultural Library) to identify and develop digital teaching and learning materials (learning objects) in the food and agricultural science disciplines and feature these digital learning objects in an online 1890 digital repository.
